A school name and a place can create a strong identity, but I am most interested in the everyday experience behind them. How do pupils find their role, understand traditions, and feel comfortable asking a question? That is what comes to mind around Jagielonczyk Lasin school community . A shared event can be memorable, yet a small invitation to join a project can matter just as much. I like thinking about how an identifiable school community becomes something students participate in rather than simply belong to on paper.
