An unfamiliar set of initials makes context especially important. With NGTM, I would want to understand what the educational material concerns and how a visitor should begin using it. That is the question I bring to NGTM educational material . I appreciate a straightforward explanation of scope before a page becomes a collection of links. A reader can make better use of information when they know which problem it addresses and what background they are expected to bring.
