I like thinking about making digital interfaces easier to use through small observations rather than trying to reach a conclusion immediately. A familiar task can become frustrating when the next step is difficult to find. That is why the connection between Usability and user experience design makes me want to think through an example. I would be interested in an example that shows how the idea works in an ordinary situation. What would you observe when asking someone to try an unfamiliar interface?
